Thursday, June 25
Welcome and Setting Intentions
Guests arrive and check in 5-7 pm
Arrive to our beautiful resort location in Key Largo have dinner and drinks, get to know each other and set our intentions for finding and lighting our own personal fires that we want to kindle and burn what we are letting go of. After that, we will relax , mingle, share our stories, why we came, enjoy the beach and recharge in our nited and strong feminine energy. We will have our night closing circle and set our weekend intentions.

Reprogram and Reset
Let's explore burning the patriarchal structure that was coded into us, teaching us to people please and serve others before ourselves. We will celebrate our strength, our divine feminine power and allow ourselves to explore the oppressive structure we have lived and break free to accept and love ourselves as we grow and learn how to harness our dark feminine energy. Bad B!tch Energy
Today is a fun day packed with whatever the hell you want to do! Because that's what Bad Bitch energy is! Friday, we learn permission to be FREE and Saturday we PRACTICE it. There are many options of things you can do at the resort from fun excursions to pampering yourself at the spa to pool party fun to laying in a hammock on a private beach all day--do what aligns with and serves YOU! We will join again for dinner and an evening circle on the beach to discuss what freedom felt like and relish in the joy of it.

Day 4
Celebratory Closing
We will conclude the retreat with a morning movement on the beach, mindfulness mantra, visualization meditation, celebratory closing ceremony, reflection and celebrating every womxn's transformation and takeaways, growth, and reclaimed personal power. We can't wait to hear what fires you've lit inside yourselves and the sisterhood connections you have made for life from this powerful awakening.
