Should I buy my plane ticket right away?
​
No, please wait to hear from one of the Wildfire Womxn faciliatators so we can all get flights around the same time so we can shuttle together to the retreat resort.

Can I drive?
​
Yes, you can drive they have paid parking and also offer valet. If you'd like to drive let us know and maybe we can help set up carpool if anyone else wants to drive to lower cost and our environmental footprint.

Is alcohol allowed?
​
Yes, as long as you are respectful to the property, guests, and the environment. It is important to know your limits in a retreat setting.

What all is included?
​
A relaxing stay at Playa Largo resort on the private beach in Key Largo filled with fun in the sun, swimming in the pools, and enjoying the magical experiences of the retreat. We provide salad, dinner, dessert and two drinks each evening you are with us. We will host movement on the beach, guided meditations, personal growth workshops, healing sisterhood circles and other elevated experiences we have set up for you.

Yes! We understand everyone has different needs when it comes to payment so we’re offering three payment options to make this more accessible for everyone, depending on what matters most to you.
​
1-Quickest and Easiest way to get your ticket: Eventbrite.
This is the quickest, easiest way to reserve your discounted spot but they have highest fees to use their service. Klarma and After-pay are available on their platform also if you would like to split it into payments. Most of these are 3-4 payments and want them every 2 weeks but there may be a variety of plans offered so you just have to click it and see what it offers you. You can check out these options and see if any of them are a good fit for you and choose that if if is.
2-Most payment plan options: Cherry
You can pay through Cherry if approved, where you have a variety of payment plans to choose from anywhere from 3-36 months, some of which are zero interest. This only takes two minutes to do a soft credit check and see if you are approved and it will tell you what amount you qualify for. If you qualify for the price package you want, text Kassi at (502) 813-0828 and let her know which package plan you want. She will complete that check out for you and it will bounce back to you and show you all the payment plans to choose from and what the payments and interest will be and you can choose which works best for you. Our clients have been very happy with the ease of this system. It’s fast, easy and stress free with a ton of personalized options to fit any budget.
3-Lowest Cost / no fees option: Venmo.
If you have the funds upfront and you hate fees, this is the best option for you. You just pay the total discounted plan price plus 6% tax —NO additional fees or interest (so just subtract those from your plan and’s add the 6% tax and you’re gold). If you want to split Venmo into payment plans, we can divide that up as long as your first payment (deposit) is at least $500 and your remaining balance is paid no later than June 15th. For Venmo: Pay Kassi Clifford @ Kassi-Clifford and note which plan you are choosing.
